Harlin Dean began his career on Wall Street in 1991 before moving to the Dallas area in 1992. He worked for over 12 years in major, full-service law firms, gaining extensive experience in a M&A and financing transactions, as well as SEC reporting, corporate governance, and contracts. From 2002 to 2022, Harlin served as the General Counsel for three companies – including a public refining company listed on the New York Stock Exchange, a private equity owned, aerospace manufacturing company, and a NASDAQ listed bitcoin mining company. During his tenure as a general counsel, Harlin extended his legal experience to include real estate, regulatory, employment, intellectual property, litigation, bankruptcy, and other legal matters, and broadened his experience as an executive by serving in the roles of Chief Financial Officer, Chief Administrative Officer, and Head of Risk Management. Harlin is head of the business section of the firm and can assist any sized business with its legal needs.
